Barbara teaches Prana Vashya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Pilates (method Stott). From 7 to 12 years old, she practiced TAI CHI CHUAN e CHI KUNG at the institute Pachi Tanglang of Caracas - family Yang with Master Su You Chang. From 1998 till 2003 she attended courses of Tai Chi and Alchemic Meditation at the International Association Tai Chi Italy, under Fabio Patruno’s supervision. She graduated at the Free School of Natural Life in Food Philosophy and Anatomy. In 2004 she meets Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, studying with Luca Compare under Elena De Martin’s supervision. She then decided to attend training courses to deepen her personal practice, and in July 2008 attended an “Ashtanga Teacher Training” with David Swenson at the Esperia Yoga Center in Bologna. To improve her knowledge of the human body in movement, she attended the 2008Teacher Training Pilates Matwork method Stott, for basic, intermediate and advanced students with Claudia Fink, gaining the certification “Course Stott Pilates Matwork plus and Advanced”. Her quest continued with a 2011 Teacher Training in Thailand at Paul Dallagan’s school, with Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joi. Finally, in 2013 she meets in Mysore Master Vinay Kumar, and the following year she obtains a Certification to teach Prana Vashya Yoga. In 2015, she attends an intensive course in Yoga Therapy with Master Vinay Kumar and Master Ramesh Kumar. She organizes and leads retreats and seminars of Yoga and Meditation techniques, nutrition, detox and natural healing. Teaching allows her to share her knowledge with all her students. From 2008 she is writer for the bi-monthly magazine “Vivere lo Yoga”.
