Elena Vitale is a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa and Odaka Yoga.

She obtained her first diploma in 2015, following a 3 years, intense teacher training at the School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa, managed by Master Maurizio Morelli, one of Italy’s most renowned masters.

She has been passionately practicing Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga for over 15 years with Elena De Martin, Giovanni Formisano, Luca Compare, Barbara Zerbini, and Raquel Fischer Barros.

She continued her studies in Italy and abroad, with David Swenson, Sry Dharma Mittra, Maty Ezraty, Roberto Miletti, Francesca Cassia and Ambra Vallo.

She is the creator and founder of YOGAESSENTIAL, her yogawear brand (a versatile, made-in-Italy activewear and accessories collection) and concept store, and YOGAESSENTIAL-Spazio Garibaldi 77 which has become one of Milan’s leading schools offering a wide variety of yoga styles and practice.
