Francesca De Cet

Francesca travels to India for the first time in 1996. She falls in love with India’s magic and comes back yearly, dedicating her time to deepend her knowledge of Indian culture, language and arts. In 2011 she graduates in Indology and Arts, after spending one year in the South of India preparing her graduation papers. In 2004, in Australia, she starts practicing Yoga while in Melbourne. The following year, she is in Rishikesh studying Yoga in its homeland. She gets three Teaching certifications: in 2006 at the Sivananda Dhanwanthari Yoga Ashram, in 2007 and 2008 at the Patanjali International Yoga Foundation. She gets on the Ashtanga Yoga path in 2009 studying with Elena De Martin and, in 2012, with Lino Miele, who becomes her main teachers. She travels to Mysore studying Ashtanga with Sri Sheshadri, Master Ji, Vijay Kumar and Prana Vashya Yoga and Backbending with Vinay Kumar. Since 2008, Francesca teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Backbending, Ashtanga and Prana Vashya Yoga in Milan.
