CONOSCI UMAR
Umar Sheikh è un transformational therapist e professionista specializzato in ipnosi, neuroscienze e pratiche energetiche, tra cui il Reiki. Il suo percorso integra diverse discipline dedicate all'esplorazione della mente, del corpo e della dimensione energetica, combinando ipnosi, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), neuroscienze e Reiki Energy Healing.
Ha inoltre completato un Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health presso il King's College London (IoPPN).
Nel suo lavoro, Umar adotta un approccio integrato, unendo pratiche di consapevolezza e lavoro sul subconscio a tecniche energetiche come il Reiki. La sua esperienza multidisciplinare gli permette di accompagnare le persone attraverso percorsi che mettono in relazione mente, corpo, emozioni ed energia.
Per il nostro Corso Reiki di Primo Livello, Umar condividerà la sua esperienza e accompagnerà i partecipanti alla scoperta dei principi e della pratica del Reiki.

MEET UMAR
Umar Sheikh is a transformational therapist and practitioner specialising in hypnosis, neuroscience, and energy-based practices, including Reiki. His work brings together different disciplines focused on exploring the connection between the mind, body, and energy, combining hypnosis, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), neuroscience, and Reiki Energy Healing.
He has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London (IoPPN).
Umar takes an integrated approach to his work, combining subconscious exploration and awareness-based practices with energy work such as Reiki. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to work with the relationship between mind, body, emotions, and energy.
For our Reiki Level 1 Course, Umar will share his experience and guide participants through the principles and practice of Reiki.
